For those that use the online Pandora Radio, there is good news. They have made a deal through 2015 with the record labels to keep them online. Pandora was close to being shut down because the greedy record execs wanted a piece of the pie, and raised the royalty rates through the roof for online radio. The radio execs got away with it because the sites like Pandora had no lobbyists to stand up for them. So to help fight them off, Pandora and others like them started a social movement and got their listeners to call their Congressmen, which got them a lifeline to keep going until an equitable deal could be reached. Online web casters will still be charged more than regular radio stations (for some reason unknown to me), but hopefully this deal will allow sites like Pandora to keep going. I found a decent article on TechCrunch that explains the deal. Click the link below for more:

Would You Like Some Hardee’s Biscuit Holes? How About Hardee’s Mouth Full of Balls?!?
Hardee’s has been known to push the envelope in their advertising. If you remember they were the ones that had Paris Hilton barely clothed eating a burger. Their new ads intentionally push the envelope again, but this time has me laughing the whole time. The following ads are for their new Biscuit Holes, which are basically doughnut holes made out of biscuit dough. They are asking people to come up with another name for them, and this is what they came up with (if people hear the following out of context it might be NSFW, so keep the volume low):
and this one:
My favorite have to be Bzz Nuts, and Mouth Full of Balls, or biscticals. Though you could really go with any of them. Do you have a name they could use? Head over to http://nameourholes.com/ and you can add your own, or see all the other commercials they have, like “How Many Balls Can You Fit In Your Mouth”.
